何杰：据南方某寿险公司反映，根据《金融监管总局办公厅关于开展人身保险“睡眠保单”清理专项工作的通知》，沉睡保单是指保单产生应领取资金后，客户在一定期间内未向保险公司申请领取，或保险公司按照客户指定的收款账户无法完成支付，且保险公司联系不上客户，导致应领取资金一直留存在保险公司，时间超过1年以上的保单账户。目前，此类保单数量占比约0.2%，满期给付保险金、现金价值或理赔保险金等金额占比约0.05%。这一比例并不低。
